Allstars dominate mixed netball league

Allstars carried out an impressive undefeated run to easily win the 2016 Cayman Islands Netball Association Mixed league, which ended on 1 November at the Truman Bodden Sports Complex.
Allstars outscored their opponents 160-80 in their six games to finish with 30 points and a 6-0 record.
Rising Stars and Blue Diamonds finished tied with 18 points in the standings but Rising Stars took second place due to a better goal difference. Rising Stars scored 148 goals, while conceding 112. Blue Diamonds scored 141, while allowing 126. Both teams finished with three wins and three losses, as Rising Stars beat Blue Diamonds 27-16 in their last match on the final day of competition.
Mourant Ozzanes finished bottom of the table after a win-less campaign.
