Another solid day for swimmers

Cayman Islands swimmers had another solid day in the pool on 2 April at the 2018 CARIFTA Swimming Championships at the National Aquatic Centre in Kingston, Jamaica, adding nine medals and increasing their three-day haul to 25.

Sabine Ellison (Girls 13-14 200m IM) and Allyson Belfonte (Girls 11-12 200m Butterfly) led the way with the team’s only gold medals of the day. Swimmers also picked up three silvers and four bronze.
