Cayman 7th at R.A.N. U19 Championships

The Cayman Islands finished their campaign at the 2017 Rugby Americas North (RAN) U19 Championships with a win over the Turks and Caicos Islands to secure seventh place in the competition.
The DART Cayman Islands U19 Men’s XV team faced Turks and Caicos Islands on 21 July after both teams lost their first two games in the tournament played in Miami, Florida as part of the annual RAN Superweek. Cayman won 18-10 in a game that saw four yellow cards being handed out.
Cayman opened the tournament with a 15-10 loss to Bermuda on 15 July, then were run over by Jamaica 20-3 on 18 July.
USA South A were the champions, defeating Mexico 19-6 in the finals. Trinidad & Tobago comfortably beat Bermuda 38-3 in the third-place game.

(Backs) – Trey Milgate, Zac Hutchison, Daniel Link, Thomas Sperandeo, Ciaran Touhey, Jack Tonge, Josh Bolland, Johanan Eugene, Jacob Pierre.
Management: Noel Phillips (Head Coach), Alex Robertson (Assistant Coach), Edward Westin (Tour Manager), Olan Daly (Analyst), Rejuan Henry (Physiotherapist), Jovan Bowles (Head of Cayman Rugby).
The players also took part in team-building exercises away from the pitch.
