Dyer dominates To Hell and Back 10K

Dominic Dyer comfortably won the Pirates Week To Hell and Back 10K ahead of more than 100 other runners on Sunday 20 November, as he continued to show his dominance on the road.
The 345 Athletics Club runner finished the course in 36 minutes, 43.91 seconds, more than a minute and a half ahead of the next runner. Dyer also won the Pirates Week 5K on 11 November with a personal best time of 15:46.31.
Aaron Walker crossed the line second (38:17.41) just ahead of Matt Volkwyn (38:23.49) and Conrad Proud (38:48.27). Young Victor Magalhaes, also of 345 SC, was fifth in 39:15.88.
Sara Ellis was the first female finisher (seventh overall) with a time of 41:11.54. She was well ahead of the next woman across the line, Emily Wieringa, who completed the 10K in 46:59.51. Jackie Guevel was third in 47:38.42.
