Hastings brothers shine in Florida
- Updated: 5 December 2017
The Hastings brothers, Justin and Andrew, recently completed their first fall two-day International golf tournament at the Celebration Golf Club in Orlando, Florida, on 11 and 12 November.
Justin won the 11-14 boys age group and overall tournament low score by eight shots. He posted scores of 70/74 during the two-day event, leaving him with a two day finish at even par.
Andrew, who was one of the youngest players in the tournament finished in 11th place in the 11-14 boys age group. Although Andrew didn’t fare as well, he was happy to see his brother come home as champion in his age group.
The tournament, which was part of the IMG Junior Golf Tour, consisted of 50 boys and girls, aged 18 and under, with two age groups being 11-14 and 15-18.
The Hastings brothers will compete in IMG Jr World Florida Challenge from December 13-16 in Sarasota, Florida.
