- Updated: 12 August 2016

Top-ranked Cayman Islands squash player Cameron Stafford was knocked out in the semifinals of the 24th Caribbean Senior Squash Championships in Port-of-Spain, Trinidad this week.
Stafford, the No. 2 seed, was defeated by Jamaican Lewis Walters in three competitive games at the Queen’s Park Squash Complex on Tuesday.
Walters went on to lose to compatriot Chris Binnie, who claimed his seventh title in his eight straight finals appearance.
Stafford, 24, is a three-time runner-up at the Caribbean Senior Squash Championships and finished second to Binnie in the previous two tournaments. He is the reigning national squash champion and is ranked 148 in the world by the Professional Squash Association.
